We are thrilled to announce the launch of YThrive!

Getting and staying active isn’t easy. The biggest barrier isn’t necessarily the exercise itself, it’s knowing what exercises to do to reach your goals. How many sets? How heavy? How much cardio? YThrive gives you the tools so you can spend your time working on you instead of worrying about planning your exercises.

There are five different streams based on your familiarity with fitness, fitness level, and age and the exercises can be done in 50 minutes or less.

How YThrive Works

The YThrive program is free for YMCA members and no sign-up is required to join YThrive!

You will have access to downloadable workout tracking cards and can learn all the exercise routines through instructional step-by-step videos created by our YMCA certified coaches. If you have any questions regarding your YThrive exercise program, you can Connect With A YMCA Trainer.
